Parkland Dedication Bylaw and Parkland Acquisition Strategy – Public virtual open house

As the City of Guelph grows, we need more parkland to support the recreational needs of all residents.
The City is engaging with the community to receive feedback for consideration on both the update to the Bylaw and the new Parkland Acquisition Strategy. This is the first round of feedback opportunities with more conversation coming throughout 2026.

• Drop in for our in-person public open house on November 27 between 6 and 8 p.m. at City Hall (1 Carden Street)
• On Tuesday November 25th, 10:30 a.m. – noon, we’re offering a special open house designed for the developer and home-builder community, to speak specifically to the bylaw content and processes that impact developers. (register on Have Your Say for the Zoom link)
