Municipal Service and Financing Agreement Virtual Open House

To help Guelph meet our housing targets, and set the foundation for more affordable housing, we’re exploring a Municipal Service and Financing Agreement program to speed up new infrastructure services to development sites through the developer initially funding or building them directly under a repayment program with the City.

We want to hear from developers, home builders and others in the sector or wider community at our virtual public open house.
