Green Development Framework – Online Engagement

The City of Guelph is developing a Green Development Framework (GDF), initially called Green Development Standards, to make building projects more sustainable. The framework will consider best practices, local climate adaptation needs, and input from the community. The GDF will be part of the City’s planning and approval process, applying to both new projects and redevelopments.

We will be engaging with the public, indigenous governments and interest-holders including the development community, business, industry, utilities, agencies, and community groups for feedback on the draft Green Development Framework.
