Fire Prevention Week Open House

The annual Guelph Fire Department Fire Prevention open house is back for 2026! Admission is FREE.

Where: Join fire safety experts at Fire Station 4 located at 21 Imperial Road North

When: Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Fire Prevention Week is October 4-10

This year’s Fire Prevention Week theme is “Charge Into Fire Safety: Safe Charging Is a Superpower.” The campaign focuses on safe charging habits and lithium-ion battery safety and practical tips for managing charging devices in your household.

Learn more on how to safely charge and use devices powered by lithium-ion batteries at this year’s open house, including other fun activities:
