Emergency Preparedness Pavilion

Come out and bring the whole family to the West End Community Centre on Friday, May 2 for the 2025 Emergency Preparedness Pavilion and see the many organizations that help protect our communities daily and during times of disaster. Learn what you and your family can do to plan, prepare, and practice ahead of an emergency scenario.

Members of the RCMP, Emergency Management Ontario, OPP, Guelph Fire and Police, Guelph Wellington Paramedics, Canadian Red Cross, Public Safety Canada, CN and VIA Rail, and dozens other agencies will be in attendance. They’re ready to take your questions and show off their programs and equipment, with a range of interactive displays to engage with.
