Built Form Standards – Developer focused open house

We’re updating our Urban Design Manual and Built Form Standards, including standards for Downtown. The draft Built Form Standards will be available in the coming weeks. Join in for a presentation from our team, ask questions and share your thoughts with us. Anyone is welcome at this open house, but the presentation and content will be geared specifically to the interests of developers and focus on the more technical and process side of the standards and guidelines. A more public focused open house will be held the same evening from 6 to 7:30 for those with broader interests in the topic.
